I did not I was at the dealer yesterday and they told me it have to be done at a paint shop I will try today

In our unit, there is a piece of paper inside one of the closets that has the paint codes, and other build info.

Stock paint codes will probably not match a coach that has been in the sun for three years. Any good point shop or auto paint jobber will have a paint matching system that can match any paint. Until 2018 Thor Motorcoach did not paint their coaches, but sent them out to a local contractor. Customer Service usually only has the color and not the color code. Also note the color shades varies within the same color code with different paint systems. Axalta, PPG, Silkkens and BASF all look different in the sun even though you are using the same paint code.
