2016 Thor ACE 27.1 axxera AV614BH turns "off"

I just bought a 2016 Thor ACE 27.1... It comes with a axxera AV614BH unit which worked fine on way home.

Now it
-turns on/off w/n 15 minutes off operation... Especially w/ radio & blue tooth
-w/ radio it comes back on eventually
-w/ bluetooth it doesn't come back on (?)
-side and rear view cameras work fine even w/ unit off

Does anyone else have this poblem and/or know a fix,

Our Axxera had a similar issue and it turned out to be a bad part in the wiring harness. The dealer ordered the part and it was fixed within a week.

Thanks. That's what the RV dealer said and was going to look at wiring. Do you know where to get wiring harness.

My Axxerra AV614 kept losing power and the dealer diagnosed it as a bad radio. The diagnosis was performed while driving with meters connected to the harness. Radio replaced and worked fine for 1/2 of a trip. Replaced again and worked fine for 2 trips.

The radio was replaced again, under extended warranty, last month. This time they replaced it with an Axxerra AV615 and replaced the radio harness as well. We will see how it works tomorrow as we leave for our first trip of the year.
