2016 Vegas Overhead Bed Help

The overhead bed is out of sync with the drivers side going down around 6" father than passenger side.

Was told my Thor tech rep to reset the controler but he could not tell me where the controller was located.

Has anyone had this issue and pass on what you did to correct it.

I'v lower the bed and when try to raise it back the passenger side goes up untill it stop while the driver side stays in place. It could be the one motor is dead

Any help would be great

Thanks in advance

Pat and Renee

The controller is behind a false panel on the left in the cabinet above the kitchen sink.

When you raise the bunk up are you holding the switch for an extra 4 seconds or so at the top (this resets the motor timing). Likewise when it gets all the way to the bottom you also hold to reset the timing there too.

(The above is for a slide, but the bunk is also a Schwintek system.)

In addition: Never stop the bunk somewhere in the middle. You should always go full down or full up.

Exsposed the controler and did as you indicated with the up/down button.

I did get the bed to level out in the down position and was thinking I had it fix.

However when I went up with bed the left side jumped a few times and I was back to the same condition with the bed uneven and not wanting to go up at all.

Check the cabels and both seem under the same tension

Not sure if I should disconnect the motors and manual push bed up past where its jumping the track and plug back in?

If it continues to do that you may have misaligned tracks and may have to return to the dealer for a proper fix.
