2017 ac water leak during and more

Tonight we had a mild rainstorm and the front AC leaked water in. I removed the cover to see if I could see the problem YUP the idiot at the factory only put three
Of the four installation bolts in. That's not all! The idiot that wired it did not use any form of wire protection where the wire enters the AC! He left sharp edges for the 120v wire to chafe on and there is damage to the wire,a short circuit just waiting to happen perhaps even a fire. I took pictures of this garbage. Do yourself a favor and pull the I side covers off and inspect the wires.
