2017 ACE 30.2 Whistling Sound

Called Thor last week to ask about a whistling sound that seem to come form the front and has been discussed on these boards numerous times.

Customer service said that they will send me a new grill. Box arrived yesterday and to my surprise it wasn't a new grille, but a roll of some type of metal screen instead.


What am I suppose to do with this?

That was my thought also! I was going to replace the original grill with the new one at first thought. I started looking at the screws and figured I would need much shorter ones to do the job. Then I decided to put the new grill in back of the old using the same screws. I first wrapped the edges of the new grill with duct tape, one screw at a time I put the new in back of old. It has helped in stopping the whistling sound. I am sure others will tell how they did theirs

Thanks, but this is not a grill they sent me. It is a roll of metal screen.
