2017 Windsport 35M Wheel Simulator/Wheel Fastener/Lug Nut Info

FYI,

The Wheel simulators are not friction fit. They are held on by three of the fake lug nuts/wheel fasteners. These are identified by the little notches on the flats of nut. Mine are 1 1/8 inch. Take these 3 nuts off, then the simulator comes off. The real wheel fasteners/lug nuts are 13/16 inch.

I traded up from my 2016 Freedom Elite 29FE to this model while I am in Florida. Just my luck that the 4 way wrench I had is the wrong size. The old simulators were friction fit. I like this new type better.

Hope this info helps others. Should keep you or the tire service guy from bending up your simulators.
