AC / hot water heater issue

Bought a new 24he in October. The ac has been fine until today. Turns on but the shuts down. Very loud too. Any ideas? The hot water heater spark will not work. It clicks and the propane is there but no fire. I start it manually but then shuts of. Really hating this new unit. I had one that was 18 years old and never had trouble. .

Unfortunately, you probably need to run back to the dealer before your warranty runs out. While the hot water heater may only be an adjustment (hopefully) the A/C “sounds” like it might be a larger issue. That could be a $1000 fix, so you need to document it with the dealer and manufacturer.

Thanx. Unfortunately we are a days drive from home on a camping trip with my 80 yr old parents and my 2 kids. I hate to cut short. This unit has been nothing but troubles.
