AC not blowing cold air

I just brought home my 2016 40BX. We have 2 AC zones/units the zone in the back bedroom is just blowing air and the front unit is blowing cool air. We have it set at 68 but the temp in the coach is 85-90degrees. Sent a video to my dealer and he is stumped and said we are doing everything correct. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

You need to determine the "Delta T" or the difference in the temperature of the air being drawn into the return compared to the temperature of the air coming out the vent/register. This should be measured with a probe type thermometer rather than a point and shoot.

If the difference is 15 - 20 degrees the stem is working fine and it is only a matter of time to cool down the coach. If the difference is less than 15 degrees something is wrong with the AC unit.

We had a lengthy discussion on AC on the forum about two weeks ago and this topic was discussed at great length. Here is the link to that thread.
