Ac switches to fan only

Hi. 2019 Thor Hurricane 35m. If I run my front AC it works fine. Once I turn on my rear AC, the front one automatically switches to fan only. The only work around I’ve found is to shut both down then turn them both on auto. Of course when I took it in they said they could not duplicate the problem. I took them to the rig and duplicated it for them. They are stumped. Any ideas.?

Do you have an Energy Management System (EMS)? Is it set correctly? Its job is to shed loads if it thinks you are going to exceed the capacity of power available.

- are you on 50amp, or on 30amp shore power?
- does the same thing happen when on the generator?
- is the front AC Thermostat actually 'changing' to FAN, or is it just that you hear that the front compressor kicks off?
- if so, is the front AC changing to 'Fan' instantly, or just sometime later?

It probably does have an EMS but I’m not sure. I will look into it

It will happen on 50amp shore power or generator it does the same. The front ac thermostat actually changes to fan. Within about 15 seconds.
