Access door for our diesel pusher

We need to replace our belt and potentially our AC dash compressor. We need access to repair but hard to get to from under the MH. In Thors wisdom they never cut the door. We have a metal oblong ring with screws in our back bathroom we need to cut this opening but where do we cut. I know this is dumb but I'm having trouble figuring this out. Also my son is a mechanic we have a 2016 Palazzo so no warranty so where do we get a new AC compressor? Right now we are awaiting a tow. It overheats of course

i would suggest that the metal oring is an indication of where the floor is ‘pre cut’ as an access to the top of the engine, but the flooring was not cut by the factory - you cut it yourself if you ever need to.
my bed is over mine, and it’s carpet, and no oring...I’ve never had a need to really look any closer than that, tho

I see I'm not the only one who is trying to get that stupid little cover out of my bathrrom floor, So the factory didn't cut the access hatch all the way through ?

As far as the a/c compressor I would call a freightliner dealer and with the last 6 digits of your vin number they can give you a part# with a high price and use the part number to search for other places to buy it, that's what I did for the engine air cleaner,
