Ace 30.2 poor water pressure

Hello all. My wife and I find this forum very helpful and we thank all for each of your posts.

We own a 2016 ace 30.2. The water pressure coming from the sinks, shower and outside shower is sufficient upon turning any of them on. But, after a few seconds, the pressure drops to about 25%. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

Thanks.

Sounds like a bad pump! ... And think it would be a warranty issue!

Well, I didn't want to assume it was a bad pump and was thinking maybe I had not primed the pump right. So, I tried bleeding the low water valves, but that didn't help. I am afraid that you may be right and will take it to the dealer.
Thanks for your reply.

remove your inline filter( near your water pump). you may find some plastic clogging it. if so just clean and replace. I have the same mh and that was my problem. good luck.

I pulled the inline filter as you suggested. It contained tiny white plastic particles, enough to cover the bottom of the screen. It was definitely due to be cleaned. Thank you again for the suggestion. While I suspect this solution alleviated a related future problem, to my dismay, it didn't solve this problem.

Thank you again for your thoughts.

By the way, have you experienced any other issues with your Ace?

In case anyone is interested, we found the water pump problem. As you may recall, the water pressure from the faucets/shower would come out strong at first, but then would taper down to about 25% flow. I called shur flow. They suggested I adjust the bypass screw. That didn't help. I took it back to the dealer (Setzers) and within a few hours they fixed it. The said a clump of sawdust more than an inch long was in the line. They removed it. They were as puzzled as I was. Anyway, it he pump works great now. They have been very good in addressing our issues.
