Ace 30.2 slide issue

I thought I would be the one who didn't have slide issues. I have done multiple trips and slide in and out at home with absolutely no problems. I couldn't tell you how many times I've had the slide in and out with no signs of any problems. I got home from camping his weekend and did all the usual stuff and once the slide got all the way out it made a pop/crunch noise. Called Thor they said to re sync. I called Lippert and they said it jumped a tooth. Pretty much blaming me/rv owners for maybe leaving a door open or broom or things like that which interfere with the movement. I laughed and he basically hung up on me. Not a happy camper at all. I'm out of warranty and they said it's on me for something I could not control. I'm making an appointment tomorrow to have a local rv shop take a look. I will post what they come up with.
