Ace slideout won't open right side

Slideout right corner won't move out. Motor is working. Can't extend to look at track.

Before doing anything see if the controller is flashing a code. If it is read the code and then look for the issue.

Error code is 8. Check wiring it's good. Can't get to screw to release motor to let slide out manually.

Try unplugging motors at the controller and see if it can be pushed out.

You can also press the reset button 6 times and hold it on the 7th. Should get a green/red flashing lights. Then try moving slide with the switch.

There are instructions on the slide controller which on most are hard to see because of the way they are mounted. You may need to unscrew the controller so you can see the directions on the face of the controller.

Are both motors working? If so, try having someone push while holding the out switch.

Both motors are working. Tried pushing while motor is on. No movement at all!
