Adjusting window shades

My 2017 ACE has the pull down push up window shades. I am beginning to have a problem with them staying up. How do you adjust the tension?

If you are talking about the pleated shades on the sides you can see where the tension strings are wrapped around a knob just make another loop. You tube has a video
