I’ve had the Viair RV model for a couple of years and it is excellent. I use it to top off my 125 psi rv tires when I used to max them out. I believe it’s rated at 150 psi and it’s fast and efficient. Yes, it’s a little expensive, but worth it. You get what you pay for.

Air Compressor for my RV Tires

We have a DP and the front tires require 120 PSI. There are few compressors that will give me that much air pressure plus I wanted 12V.

About two years ago I purchased the Viar Model # 45043 and am very happy. Works like a charm and inflates tires quickly.

Harbor Freight item # 97080

I picked up this for $45 on sale with coupon. Usually use only a few times per trip. I think it is good for the price. And it fits nicely into my limited basement space.
One thing for any air compressor folks get ... Drain the air out before you stow it! Even with an over pressure valve ( that may fail).

The AirHawk Pro, automatic Cordless Tire Inflator, $60 at, yes, RiteAid. I have a 26 foot class C on the E 350 chassis. Use it only to put in a few pounds of pressure. It is light weight, no cord, easy to recharge. And most important, I check the pressure frequently which I did not do with other motor homes I had.

I just got the same after a lot of research and reviews....I already went through a couple of Kobalts and another brand....this Viair 450P is the ticket.... got it from amazon and got the entire kit for just over 200...I applied for amazon prime card and got a $60 gift card to use (but i paid with my usual debit card)

My 400P-RV got here Friday...works amazingly fast. Excellent quality. The 400 and 450 are very similar with the only difference being CFM and duty cycle. The 400 has more CFM but the 450 runs longer. Since I am using this to just keep tires topped off, I chose the 400 with higher volume and less duty cycle. I was able to top off all 6 tires without having to cool the unit down. Both models top the line in portable RV compressors.
