Another thing to check

I have had my coach over 1 1/2 years and never noticed or had a problem with this. Looked down and saw a streak of water on the floor. Traced it to a trickle coming out of the frig door. The condensate tray inside top under the alum. fins had a little water in it. It has a drain tube connected, so found that it drains or is supposed to drain into a black plastic pan outside where the frig burner is located. I picked up the tube to see if it was plugged. Sure enough, it had a black plastic plug in the end of the tube. Not sure why it was plugged, but should not be plugged in any case. Just one more thing to be aware of.
Happy hunting.

The plug has small pin holes in it to prevent insects from crawling into the tube, but they are so small they gunk up easily, you should clean it up & either put it back or save til you find out if you need it.

Tex, yes, on closer inspection the plug does have a tiny hole in the center. I think I will leave it off and check it now and then since we do have a lot of critters that like to setup residence in RV's.
Thanks, that explains why it did not plug up until now. Still needs checking as that is a very small hole if you leave the plug on the tube.

Perhaps an automatic sprinkler drain can be installed in that tube to allow water to trickle out, but prevent insects from crawling inside?

Haven't heard of those before, but good idea if it will fit. Any details on one?

Looks like it would work ok. May need to adapting to the 1/2" size, but that would be a simple fix.
Thanks
