Anyone ever have this issue?

Bought a new 2019 Chateau 31E, driving it home from the dealer and the fridge check light comes on. Not a big deal, we were on gas, so I told my wife to turn it off and run the stove to see if there was air in the lp. Turned the fridge back on and all was fine. 20 minutes later check light. We fired up the generator and all was fine. An hour later, check light.
Took it to a Dometic service center, they ran out and the check light came on. Dometic asked them to completely isolate it from the coach. Ran for a day and a half, no light.
It appears Dometic is saying it's the coach power supply, yet no other items are effected on the 12v side. When the check light comes on all 12v is lost to the fridge because there are no lights inside. The service tech said 12v was lost at the eyebrow board when the light is on.
At a loss.
Thanks!

check your 12v conection on the back of the fridge. (behind the outdoor panel. mine was slightly loose.) also you may have a LP leak so the fridge dosent have enough LP to keep it going.

There's another recent thread here on this board where the OP has almost the exact same symptoms.

Fridge issue

I commented on that thread just before I went to service.
Checked 12v at the main board and it is 13.5 to 13.8 when on AC power for the coach.
My next thought is the converter somehow causing the fridge to wig out.

Just brought it home from the dealer. They replaced the main control board and it has been running for 2 days with no check light. We have had it switch several times from AC to LP just to make sure and so far all is well again!
The dealer said the control board was doing some strange things calling for LP while on AC and dropping 12v to the upper control board.

Glad to hear that a solution was found...

"Congratulations!" on the new rig!
