Anyone ever have this issue?
Bought a new 2019 Chateau 31E, driving it home from the dealer and the fridge check light comes on. Not a big deal, we were on gas, so I told my wife to turn it off and run the stove to see if there was air in the lp. Turned the fridge back on and all was fine. 20 minutes later check light. We fired up the generator and all was fine. An hour later, check light.
Took it to a Dometic service center, they ran out and the check light came on. Dometic asked them to completely isolate it from the coach. Ran for a day and a half, no light.
It appears Dometic is saying it's the coach power supply, yet no other items are effected on the 12v side. When the check light comes on all 12v is lost to the fridge because there are no lights inside. The service tech said 12v was lost at the eyebrow board when the light is on.
At a loss.
Thanks!
