I’m having an air bubble issue with my aqua hot heating system. The overflow container has the right amount of fluid at the hot and cold levels, yet every few hours the system burner shuts down. Check the control panel and all is green. When I check the overflow hose there are air bubbles which I manipulate to the overflow. This has been going on for over a week now. I’ve tightened the clamps that I can see. Any suggestions.
I have the Oasis system, but it is similar. I assume you are running it on diesel burner because it is so cold where you are and by running it on an electric setting it won't keep up?
If it is really cold are you sure it isn't a diesel issue and nothing to do with the aqua hot?

Don’t think it’s diesel. System runs fine for a few hours, then the gas burner light goes out shutting the system. We’re in San Antonio for the winter. It’s cool here but a lot better than Central Ontario.
