Arghh..ready to travel and fresh water leak..

I completed all my checks and maintenance on our 2015 Thor ACE 30.1 for our upcoming Christmas trip to see the folks and discovered a mess in the making. I cleaned the shower and restroom and noticed with the fresh water pump running that a big leak had developed around the rear dually wheel opening. Water was dripping from the wheel moulding so I took a closer look inside to locate the source. It appears the pex connection at the back of the commode is streaming water into the opening of the box that the commode sits on. There are no access panels that I can find. Does anyone know if I can drill a hole safely on the bottom of the box to let the water out? Im sure there are heater hoses, plumbing etc in that area. I have a plumber coming out tomorrow to replace the failed fitting with a pex crimper but I need to ensure the box below is thoroughly dried out before mold and mildew takes hold.
