Awning banging/rattling when driving down road.

Hi all,
we are new Ace 27.1 owners... went for initial drive and found the awnings to be really noisy as we drove down the road...they are rolled up tight, we've extended them and rerolled them and they still bang around, sounds like they are banging against the side of the coach as we drive... what can we do to stop this? kinda annoying

It should not be doing that, may not be closing all the way. Get your dealer to check it and fix it for you. Could be a simple adjustment.

The awning over the door needs to be locked down by the slides in the arm. Something not done on delivery of our 27.1 nor mentioned in the PDI. Figured it out on my own.
