Axis 25.3 antenna no signal next door 16 channels

2017 axis 25.3 using the TV search for channels there are zero it is the newer style antenna not the crank up one where do we start?
Amplifier is on. When you pop off the Inside the axis there is no button to have the series of lights sequence. In fact there is nothing under the cap.
Can anyone help please?

Ok a simple question: Was the TV set to antenna channels instead of cable?

No series of lights because you have the cheaper King Jack model just like we do.

Yes it is set to antenna, it seems like the antenna is not connected.

That is possible. I know its hard to get to but you could pull off the plate with the amplifier switch and see if the cables are connected behind it.

Thanks so much Jamie.
We are on our shakedown trip with our 2016 new to us Axis 24.1.
We had not even stopped at the main entrance gate to register when we noticed another axis in the second campsite from the gate.
The owner of the 25.3 immediately came over complaining about his televisions not working on the antenna.
He sure was distraught he didn't have his television, I spend a few minutes going over everything that we needed to do for our 24.1. Everything from the TV side seem to be connected I will suggest to him that he check the connections at the booster.
Thanks again for all your help.
Rick
