Washer drain

I have a 2017 Venetian A40. When the washer drains it back up into the shower if the gray tank is a 1/3 full. In order to drain the back up water in the shower I have to drain the 1/3 full gray tank. The sensor in the gray tank is correct. Not much gray water comes out when drained. Even when the gray tank is empty you can hear the water start to come up in the kitchen sink. It doesn't come up all the way in the kitchen. Sounds like a design fault to me. Any ideas?

Possibly, the water from the washer is under more pressure/flow than the plumbing is designed? Most of the systems underneath these things run fairly horizontal opposed to our homes where we have substantial drop below the "P" traps.
