Axis/Vegas Owners, Something To Look At.

I had my Axis in for repairs at CW. One of the items was the rear storage door lock would not turn. CW replaced the lock and noticed something we had not.

The rear storage door had drain holes drilled in the top, but not the bottom and the door was filling up with water when it rained. They drilled holes in the bottom to drain the water.

This was not something we wrote up. I noticed it on the papers that detailed what they did. I'm going to call and ask if we should have trouble with on down the road if warranty will cover it or should we go ahead and have it replaced.

Something for folks to look at for sure!

Makes you wonder if they originally put it on upside down?

My vote is upside down as well. It makes no sense to have water run down inside the door even if there were drain holes in the bottom.
