Axis water lines

My questions may have been asked before but I could not find them. I have discovered several water spots in different places under the bed in our 24.1 axis I am trying to track exact location to repair wanted to see if others experienced this well if so what was your solution? Also wanted to see if someone could tell me what he two valves were to the right of the fresh water drain valve. Thanks for your help.

Where specifically were the water spots? When ours was new the water strainer attached to the pump was loose and we'd get water leaking out from under the pump.

The two valves next to the fresh water drain are the low point drains.

Have you downloaded and read Ed's Axis/Vegas 24.1 Owner's manual? (It will answer many questions such as the valve question)

Axix Water Lines

Hi Jamie

Thanks for your reply. The water spots are in various locations along the blue and red lines coming from the city water supply. I cleaned the strainer and put plumbers tape on the site glass threads. I may have to replace either the cold or hot water line if I can figure which one is leaking. I have the manual thanks to Ed but after looking thru it I did not see any mention of possible issues. dumb question what does the low point valves do and how should I use them when necessary.

Phil

Typically the low point drains are used during winterizing to make sure antifreeze is pumped everywhere in the plumbing (open them up last).

I also use them to drain the tank: Simply using the tank drain can take hours to empty the water tank. I turn on the pump and open the low point drains (and/or the outside shower). This lets the pump run full steam and can empty the water tank in 10-20 minutes.
