Battery Disconnect Switch/ Converter

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I have a 2007 Chateau Sport 28A. on a Chevy Chassis. I just had my Converter/Charger changed out with a Progressive Dynamics 4600 series Smart Charger. Now When I am not plugged up to shore power, I have no battery power at all and I can not turn my disconnect switch on or off, it simple stays off. ( With or without the plug in the transfer recepticle) However when I plug into shore power I then have everything working and charging as it should but....then I can not turn my battery disconnect off. It stays on no matter what. Could this be the result of a bad solenoid, it simply doesn't make any sense to me. Thanks for any direction y'all can lead me in!

I figured it out, there was a circuit breaker tripped coming off the solenoid.
