You should give Thor Service a call for the part number. I had a 2014 Palazzo before and the same latch kept breaking which the dealer replaced. When I was at the factory for service they also replaced it and discovered the reason for it breaking was when the door was being slid open it was going to far thus the second door was breaking the latch. There were no stoppers at the bottom track from preventing the door from being opened too far.

Thanks for the tip. I did get in touch with Thor and they said the part was obsolete and to contact a Thor dealership. I finally got them to give me a part # for the obsolete part thinking there should be a way to cross reference to find a part. Still no luck, my usual parts guy is trying to find one. Any other suggestions?
Isn't owing a motor coach fun............. our parts guy sees $$$$$$$$ signs whenever I call him.

Is this a plastic part? I’ve had good luck 3d printing replacement parts such as latches when they were obsolete or too expensive.

Thanks for all the suggestions but have tried all of them (except 3-D printer) but they all send the wrong part (very close) but doesn't work with the existing set up. Finally just modified the whole thing. Have found that all the little parts and pieces that hold the interior hardware are all obsolete parts in our coach.
thanks again for the help.
