Dash a/c problem

2017 Thor ace29.3
Dash air conditioner cuts out erratically. Over the last three days, it would Atari out working fine but all of a sudden stop working (compressor quits) and wouldn’t operate for the remainder of the day. The next day, same thing. Today it wouldn’t come on at all.. the compressor is not turning so I figure it’s electrical, since, when it does work it’s ice cold. I’m gonna dig to see if I can find the problem but am wondering if anyone else has encountered such a problem.
One other thing, the blue, a/c indicator light is on when it works but won’t light when it is not working..
Thanks for any feedback.

a set of gauges will tell you if its low on freon. If it is low the low pressure cut off switch will shut the compressor clutch off thus no cooling. if you don't have gauges just find the low pressure cut out switch usually near the dryer/receiver on the low-pressure line and short out the switch wire connection with a paperclip or wire. IF the compressor clutch starts up that is your problem..

I would suggest it is high pressure cutout switch or the wiring to it.

Are you moving or stationary? A loose connection and road vibration will play games all day long. I'd start right at the wiring for the magnetic clutch then branch out.

AC problem

Solved!
The plug, which goes into the switch module in the dash, was loose. When I reached up under the das, the plug fell out in my hand. There are no lock tabs on that plug, allowing it to shake loose on rough roads. And we’ve been on lotsa rough roads..
I appreciate all the feedback and suggestions.
