Burnt aqua-hot panel
We bought a 2013 Tuscany 42RQ in the year 2013 and have had major problems ever since! As we left Camping World, we found 40 problems that needed repair work! We took our Tuscany to Elkhart, Indiana in 2014 where we stayed for 2 weeks while they fixed what should have been perfect in a brand new RV! We took the tour of the plant in Elkhart and we were quite disturbed to see the shabby work done!!!employees not cleaning under base of where shower was to be deposited, tour guide laughing while saying the residue of steel and pvc pipes along with screws would be 'good insulation'! They say that the company Thor keeps approx $30K-40K to fix what quality control overlook! But what about the stress, not being comfortable in a machine you pay over a quarter of a million for! You would think that a new and quite expensive RV would be near perfect but it is junk with screws carving in the beautiful tiled floor to lights falling and breaking to having shorted wires, vent pipes not properly cut thru roofing, aqua-hot burning itself out and more and more! We wanted our money back then and still today! People with all these complaints should get together and get a class action against Thor! What's quality care when you cannot submit a form because their form won't go thru since you cannot by any means fill out the portion where it asks for your State!!!! So convenient for them! They really dont want to hear from you, do they? We are afraid of Fire whenever we sleep in it since we've had two burnt out panels due to electrical problems! We need for Thor to do a complete inspection of our Tuscany and fix all that should have been donebefore allowing Camping World to sell it!!
