Buzzing noise

We just recently noticed a "buzzing" sound coming from the engine compartment of our Challenger when the key is in the run position, but not started. It does not make the same noise in the accessory position. We are not sure if this has been there all along or is something new. Anyone know what it might be? This is a short video of the sound. Ignore me tripping while stepping backwards.

Could that be the fuel pump?

I know in Ford cars the fuel pump is in the tank, not sure if they do that for the trucks though.

Still trying to find an explanation. A search of the internet shows other Ford owners experiencing this noise, but no real explanation just a lot of educated guesses.

Our RV is out of warranty in a few weeks. It was just at the dealer on Friday having a few final issues fixed. Would this more likely be a Ford warranty thing? Are any other motor home owners experiencing the same thing? Just trying to determine if we have to deal with is before warranty expires or if it can wait.

Could be related to the power brakes.
