a/c only blows thru defrost

Recently purchased a 2002 Thor Hurricane. A/c will only blow thru defrost no matter where I set the dial. wondered if anyone has ever experienced this ?Thanks for any info

If it is on a Ford chassis that is the default setting when the vacuum controlled selector malfunctions. On my last coach, a rodent has chewed thru a bunch of vacuum lines under the dash. Repaired the breaks, system went back to normal operation. That coach was a 2002 class c.
