Cabinet door screws loosening (23TR)

Has anyone run into a problem on 23TR cabinet screws constantly loosening and falling out of cabinet doors...is there a fix for this?

I'd mix up a small dab of epoxy, and load the screw hole with that.

Toothpick or wooden match stick shoved in hole then screws. Got to love the quality. Two of my doors had one hinge on crooked. Guess Bubba or Billie Bob weren't awake yet.

Had several come loose, dealer fixed, but now out of warrantee, so it will be toothpicks and glue if any others come out, and I would guess they will.

The problem is that they are screwed into the cheapest particle board on planet Earth.
