Will not start / turn over
Hello everyone. I just purchased my first Thor motorhome. 2012 Class C, 25' on an E350 Ford frame. I drove it home Saturday, went to crank it this morning and it will not turn over. I hooked a booster to it and still nothing. It has power. All the lights come on, radio works, dash lights up but will not turn over. Any thoughts?

The front shade up? All slides in all the way? Any other safety features that may be causing it not to start?

Can you measure the starting battery voltage while trying to crank the engine. If the voltage drops a way down, the battery needs charging or maybe replacement. If the voltage doesn't change, see if the starter is getting the voltage. If not, see where the voltage disappears between the battery and the starter.
You will need a volt meter or a test light to do this.

It doesn't have any shades or slides. I don't know of any other safety features they may interrupt the starting.

I don't see any breakers or anything near the battery. It came with an Emergency Start feature that allows the engine to crank using the coach battery. I tried that too. Voltage is there it just will not turn over.

Can you hear the starter solenoid click when you try to start it. If not, it may be bad, if so, could be a bad starter.

Is the awning out. There might be an interlock preventing it from starting.

Bad solenoid? If you can find it, tap it with a wrench or??? may free it up if its stuck.

You might try turning the key to unlock the shifter, put in neutral and try to start from there. Could be a problem with the park interlock.

I tried everything I can think of. It is being towed in to the Ford dealership so they can troubleshoot the problem. I'll let you know what they come up with. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Comes a time when that becomes the only reasonable option left. Yes, let us know what Ford finds.

They found the problem pretty quickly at the Ford dealership. Starter relay/diode. Unfortunately they have to order the part. Thanks for everyone's input.
