Entry door

The wife and I were doing the spring clean getting ready for the 2019 season. The entry door to my 2014 Four Winds C class won't open. I've tried everything I can think of. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

A little more data, is the handle pulling out like its unlocked, but with less resistance (like it isn't releasing the latch bolt? Or is it not pulling like it is locked still? Or is it feeling normal but hanging on the deadbolt?

I've had the lock break inside to where the handle didn't release the latch. That is a real PITA to fix.

Welcome to the site. Is your door handle a tri-mark lock? It is possible the bolt broke (common problem).

You may have to disassemble it from the inside.

Yes it's pulling but not unlatching
