Removing dash Chateau 26b

Have a 2018 Chateau 26b, no power to radio or USB port. Checked fuses and okay. Need to get to the back of the radio to check connections and the hidden fuse behind. Have to get the dash off to pull the radio, anyone have a trick to make this easy?

Just a thought, did you try the reset button on the radio before you start dismantling the coach? Look for a small pin hole on the front, then poke a nail into it.

The USB port is likely a loose connection. If you don't get the help you want here, you might try a Ford forum. Good luck!

If you snap out the little dash coin holder above the radio it may give you enough access to the radio to achieve what you need.

Did that. Was on the phone with Thor for about an hour today. That's when we narrowed it down to checking the back of the radio, either the fuse in back or perhaps connections came lose. Thanks.

I took ours to a local auto audio shop. $60 an hour and the Tech had the whole dash apart and radio out while I watched. He moved so fast it was hard to track each item he did.
Lowest panel below steering column snapped off.
Bezel panel around gauges and radio snaps loose and gained him enough room to remove radio mount bolts behind bezel.
This was the basic but sure I missed some steps.

He determined my problem and was the best $60 spent.

Thank you. I got that as far as getting dash loose, seemed to get hung up around steering column, may be enough to get to radio.

Does Post #7 on attached link help any with dash removal? Different year coaches but sometimes things remain similar.
