Coleman AC unit

Have a problem with the Coleman Mach 3 ac unit in the living room area. When it is in auto the fan stays on and the compressor cycles on and off. If I move the switch to off and back to auto it will stay off until the compressor kicks back on and then the fan will remain on again. Has anyone had this problem? The bedroom unit is working correctly.

What happens when you put it in the ON position?

I think I found the problem maybe. I took the first cover off and compared the two and the one in the living room had the second cover on backwards? I was wondering why there was not a good flow of air. I turned the second cover around and there is a lot more air flow now. I will see if it will kick off now.

Well it’s working correctly now. I guess the air wasn’t flowing right though the unit and it would not turn off? Problem solved.
