Collapsed awning

The awing on my 2017 Thor ace 29.3 collapsed due to water accumulation and bent and twisted beyond repair. I need to get a new rear arm/bracket. I don’t know who the manufacturer is or the specific model number for this awning. Does anyone know where I can get the necessary information to order the replacement bracket/arm? And if anyone can recommend a place to get a new arm as well.

Had to call camping world and I couldn’t order just the part I needed. Had to order the complete arm pieces so I just ordered the entire thing. I needed fabric also. $1356. Mine is a 21 ft with lights and electric. The numbers you’ll need are on the inside of the arms and the roller tube.

So you didn't get a "Use and Care" instruction booklet for your awning (as well as all the other appliances in your RV) from your dealer? Something maybe labeled "carefree"?

That is correct. I received a packet with some information but nothing pertaining to the awning at all.

Your patio awning is from Carefree of Colorado. It is a Latitude, as are all patio awnings on coaches built in plant 750 since 2015. Parts instruction and maintenance is available from COC online <http://www.carefreeofcolorado.com/products/latitude.html>. The inside of your bedroom cabinet door has a list of all the suppliers (manufactures and distributors) that Thor used in assembling your coach. Your slide topper is Dometic.

When I had a an awning disaster, I called thor gave them my Vin and they gave me the manufacturer and part numbers I needed.
