Compass 23TB water pump issues

I have a 2016 Compass 23TB giving me weird water problems. All of the sudden the water pump stopped working this weekend—switch is on and panel light indicator on. Fuse is not blown. Water simply will not come out. When I hook shore water up and turn pump on it runs perfectly when I disconnect shore water. If you turn off it won’t come back on. I cannot for the life of me locate where/how to access the pump to check it out physically. Help!

I had (have) the exact same issue with my 2018 Compass 24TF. My pump is somewhere under the shower (I think) but I just went into the back of the coach and dropped down on my heels real hard and it would kick on. Sometimes it's good for a while other times not. And of course when I had it in for other issues (AND THERE ARE MANY) it would work every single time, for a week it never failed to come on, not once!... so dealer says Problem Solved.. Good luck.

I had a similar issue on my 2015 Chateau. The water pump is next to the water tank under the rear BR mattress for my model. I tested all the power to the pump and everything looked good. The pump actually has a switch attached attached to it that checks the pressure in the supply lines. Once the supply has enough pressure, it will turn off the pump. I started wiggling the power wires to the switch and the pump kicked on.

Turns out the electrical connector, located at the bottom of the switch (poor design), had corroded and was not making a good connection. I switched out the connector and the pump is working great now.

Sounds like when you bounce on the floor it makes the connection and the pump is running.

Good luck!
