Whirlpool residential refrigerator issue

I have a 2015 Challenger with a Whirlpool residential fridge. Went camping over the weekend and started having issues with the fridge. The freezer will not get cold enough to freeze ice and at as some points was barely cold as well as the refrigerator section. After resetting the power on the unit, seemed to blow colder air but still not enough to freeze any water in the freezer. Once I have the coach back in the garage, plan to plug the fridge into a non-MH 120V receptacle to make sure this is not a power issue from the MH which I doubt it is because the fridge seems to run fine on shore power from the MH and inverter power except for the fact that the temperature is an issue. Anyone have a similar issue with a residential refrigerator?

Be sure circulation fan is running. Should be noticeable air movement between freezer and frig sections. Also possible for freezer contents to block air vents in freezer at bottom rear edge.
