Hot and cold water and water pressure

So we are now camping in our new Freedom Elite in Paso Robles. We are seasoned Rvers and my husband can fix most anything. He used to be an RV mechanic. However, we found the hot and cold faucets are reversed and the toilet has hot water flowing through it. Any ideas? Also, our water pressure is pretty low. Would appreciate any help. We go home tomorrow and we are embarking on a long journey to Idaho this Saturday and would appreciate any and all tips. Thank you. We bought this motorhome in Bakersfield and the person that gave us the the orientation wasn't much help. Our previous coach was a 2003 34 foot Coachmen Rendezvous with 1 slider. This is a 29 foot Thor Freedom Elite with 2 sliders. Thank you very much!
