Dash fans and lights and shade

I'm having issues again with the windshield shade, stuck in the down position (again). Tried the reset button with no results. In the process of checking fuses, and almost getting struck under the dash I found that the fans and small lights aren't working. Anyone have experience with this?

The front cap circuit beaker on plant 750 coach's is on the right front frame rail just aft of the chassis battery. It is a 100 amp type with the yellow trip flag just as the two in the battery compartment.
