Delamination

After buying my class a I found the front side windows leaking and noticed it was damp at the seam and peeling, of course I bought it as is, so I'm tackling it myself, replacing the inner and outer walls, my question is what type of glue do I use to attach the new plywood to the outer skin, it was so bad the wood framing attached to the framework just crumbled apart redoing it with pressure treated

Years ago I had to do the same job on our Pace Arrow MH. As I recall I used and epoxy two part glue. What ever adhesive you decide on try a to glue several scrap pieces of your treated lumber together to see if it sticks. treated lumber tends to be "wet" and doesn't always glue well. You might want to consider cedar or redwood. Good luck.

pressure treated will need to dry for 4-6 months typically.

^^^^Ditto on the pressure treated...not a good choice. It will continue to wick out moisture.
