I contacted a Thor authorized service center/dealer today and told them I have 2 dash vents that have fallen apart, one driver side cup holder ring that will not stay in place and a refrigerator that will not work on propane, only on shore power or generator.
They informed me that there is a 2 hour $260.00 diagnostic fee. Then they will inform Thor of status, will wait for Thor to authorize warranty items and work, will then order parts.
I told them this is a 2016 Vegas 24.1 under warranty.
Anyone ever heard of a "diagnostic fee"? I emailed Thor the dealer's email to me and asked Thor if they pay the fee as I know what is wrong. Hopefully will hear from Thor tomorrow.
Needless to say I ain't too happy right now!
