Drain pipe broke off gray tank

2017 Thor Quantum WS31

Repairs while traveling?
On a 3 month cross country road trip from Miami, FL. Now just south of San Fransisco. Can't find anyone able to help me out. Called about 15-20 places, all booked.
When I got to Zion, the drain pipe broke off the gray tank. What broke it, was the slide. Went to CW in St George, Utah. They charged me $500 to fix it, after sitting there 8 hrs. By the time I got to Vegas, drain pipe broke off again. CW in Vegas said they couldn't help. So did CW in San Marcos, CA. Found a mobile tech that came 100 miles on Sunday, with a plumber. After working on it for 3 hrs, said it was fixed and charged me $700. Now it's broken again!!! Out $1200 and no fix, and no one to take it to. Called Thor. All they could do was give me the list of dealers, I already looked up.
Can't use my sink or shower without flooding the RV!
Suggestions? (tried to upload video, but it failed multiple times)

I have the same problem with my pd31. Piss poor design. In a hard to get place. Let me know how you made out. I’m going to give my dealer one last chance to fix it.

If all the pieces are still there: I'd give JB's Weld Paste on it.
Good luck!

Just joined this pitty pool. I have the same exact issue...black pipe broke just a fraction below the floor line, over the gray tank under the sink. Let me know what parts and pieces you guys used to make repair9s). Way too much junk in this area flexing around these pipes when slide is activated. Seems its a very common issue...what a poor design.

At the beach with my swimsuit model of a wife...retired!! MH has become our "local bar" for cocktail hours as she sits in the driveway. Most traveling on hold for now.

Same deal on my 29h.
The way mine broke I was able to use a fernco coupling from Home Depot. It gives ,a little when moving the slide. This is the fourth season since the fix. Still good.

I used the same type coupling on my Landmark years back and it worked for the remaining time we owned the rig

Similar drain issue but easier to get to in the basement

The Femco Coupling looks like a good, flexible fix but mine broke below the floor line over the tank. I don't think there's enough room on the "stub" to get one of the ends of the Femco over what's left.

Fixed!! Stood in the plumbing department for a long while and put together parts and pieces. This is my fix which allows a flexible connection to the top of the tank as the slide goes in and out. The plastic pipe fit down into the broken fitting on top of the gray tank with just enough friction that fumes will not come up. Was going to have it repaired back to factory but it will break again...too many owners with this exact same issue. Bad design but still love the Super C. If you can't fix em you don't need to own em.
