Draw catches

I have a few pull out draws that are not working properly, when you close them the catch that is suposed to hold them closed does not? Looks like a piece of cheep plastic. Has anyone done somthing different ? Replacement catches?

If they are like ours, the little plastic nib that catches on the hardware has an adjustment screw on the opposite side. Worked wonders to tighten a few of them up a little.
