Got an email today. QC found the seal on rear compartment is still leaking. It has gone back to a technician. His words, "We want to et that addressed and done correctly."

I've been pleased with the communication.

Email today, Chewie is ready for pick up. QC sent him back twice to get the rear storage compartment seal sealed. We will pick up tomorrow or Saturday and I will give a final report then.

Picked Up And Happy

Picked up today. All items were repaired. There were two things that they said were normal and did nothing. First, Salesman said the awning was one touch and it would go out and stop automatically ours does not, it will roll back over the top. I have stop it to keep that from happening. Second, the bunk pushes the ceiling up before it stops.

How are they supposed to work?

Check engine light came on when we started up to leave. Had a quarter tank, filled it up with 89 octane and light went out after I got it home.

I am happy with CW service. No complaints, if the issues they didn’t work on are not issues. They communicated well and made sure rear compartment did not leak (QC sent it back twice) before calling it good.

Check engine light: Your gas cap was likely loose. Fueling up and putting it back on you probably put it on tight.

I agree... Congratulations on a successful trip to the Shop!
(Even though it's a shame that it had to go there... )

True. However, I did expect it. Had to take my travel trailer back for minor stuff. It's sad that this is the norm, but at least it's taken care of. We leave Thursday for our second trip.

Awning

I may have posted on another thread: The awning worked. It would roll over about a half turn, stop, then go to proper position.
