Dvd

I own a new 2018 Thor Windsport 29M. I can’t get the DVD to play. All three TVs work on air and cable. When I place a DVD in the box above the dinette nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Thank you. I don’t see that option. In the cabinet, does the green light need to be on or off? I know for cable it must be off. What are the steps to activate HDMI 1? I appreciate your help.

It wouldn't matter which way the green light / antenna booster is set when watching a DVD. The DVD is typically connected to the tv with a HDMI cable. On the TV remote you should see a Source button. When you push it you should see several choices like antenna, HDMI 1, HDMI 2 Etc. With the DVD powered up you should select HDMI 1 and see if it says "no signal". If it does, move on to HDMI 2 and see. One of them should show the DVD signal or splash screen.

Wow, Computer Chip! Thank you. That did it. It was HDMI 3. I went through each step and it’s working. Much appreciated.

You can move the hdmi cable on all three tvs to the hdmi #1 port. Im sure when they were installed the tech plugged the cable into the easist port

If you keep them as is use a label maker to mark the remote to the port and to which tv it goes to
