Holding tank readings issues when empty

I have new Windsport 27B and have had it out only a handful of times because of all heat we have been experiencing for months. Got out last week, dumped the black tank after 4days, tank read 33%, went to another cg spent 4 days, dumped the black tank, tank read 67%. Prior to these recent outings, the tank reads higher than actual use, once after 2days showed 100%. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm giving up.
I can't rely on the internal Ancient technology sensors used to cut costs in tanks.
It's a relatively few bucks to not have to deal with 1914 era technology(really. I think the technology used in tanks was available the moment electricity became common and hasn't changed).

The cost cut is deservedly instituted. Few people will opt for a $500 difference in tank readers showing up on a new vehicle invoice.

Above is my solution and I'll add the additional remote head unit so I can read it from the bathroom or wet bay. 300 bucks and a slap and stick type easy installation.

I find no reason to torment myself any longer.

If someone has a better solution I haven't found please post it. I haven't ordered anything yet.
If the op already has a see level and it's reading wrong... Damn, someone lead me somewhere else.

Perhaps your sensors are fouled up with "Black Tank Debris..."
If you have a San-T-Flush system: try this...
Dump your tanks (make sure that they're empty.
Close the valve, and then put about a half-cup of dishwashing soap (We use Dawn) down the toilet. hook up your water supply to the San-T-Flush hookup, and let it put about six or eight gallons of water into the tank. (Let it run!)
Shut it off, and open the drain valve...
You'll get LOTS of soapy water!
Now keep repeating the process, without adding any more soap.
You'll keep seeing sudsy water coming down the Slinky...
Once the water runs clear: you're done!
Then it's time to see if your readings are looking any more accurate.

I addition to Bob's suggestion... after dumping the black tank we use the San-T-Flush to fill it to 2/3 thirds full twice as a rinse cycle.

When then put a mixture of Calgon water softener (very slippery stuff) / soap mixture and about 5 gallons of water. It then sloshes around while driving and makes the inside of the tank as slick as possible to keep stuff from sticking to the sides and sensors.

Our sensors have been pretty accurate for the most part.
