Headlight assembly

Does anyone know what headlight assembly Thor used on the 2013 Windsport 34F? The parking/turn signal socket is bad and I can not locate a new one. It has 5 wires going to it and is one of 5 sockets. I read on here that the 2012 models Thor used an assembly from GM that was for the 2007/2008 Chevrolet Tahoe. My assembly looks the same but the wire assembly is different.
