Extenders or Valves Going Nuts

This is what the flexible extenders did to me.....

The sheet metal screw rusted that held the clamp.

Just take the extenders off and put caps on the valve stems you can buy a air chuck for dually tires for about 10.00 and when you need tires put in the longer stems, but I would not do it for the simple fact if you blow a tire the casing could rip off the extender or long stem and leave you with 2 flats instead of just one.

I’ve had enough trouble with extenders that I won’t use them anymore. It costs about $200 to replace the normal valves with dually valves that won’t leak and allow easy use of TPMS senders. Don’t know why chassis are not shipped that way from the factory.
